I am a coach, a consultant and an entrepreneur. I work as coach with organizations and with private clients to develop their leadership, particularly the role of the alpha female. I collaborate in startups and small companies, always in service of life.

I have devoted myself to coaching and leadership development for 20 years. Before that I was an executive in two multinational companies, Industrial Engineer by ETSII and ExecMBA by IEBusiness School.

My father was the CEO of our family and I was always his right hand. From a very early age I sought out and analyzed leadership with the analytical mind of an industrial engineer. My journeys and years of study taught me that 90% of our behaviour comes from our unconscious mind, which thinks more like a wild mammal animal than like us. And that animals practice examplary leadership on a daily basis to survive. We, intellectually and technologically advanced humans can learn a lot from them.

This is why I promote a leadership model that is not defined by success or profitability, like alpha males, but by presence and wisdom, both in good and bad times. With the emotional expertise of an alpha female.
