Personal values and those of my team are important to me. As Coach I support my team and accompany them throughout each iteration, empowering them to achieve their tasks and goals in the best possible way. Personal values and those of my team are important to me.
As a Scrum Master and coach, I support each individual and the team as a unit throughout the entire project. I support teams in software and digitalization projects in living the project and collaboration according to the values and principles of Scrum. I see myself as a supporter and companion as well as a problem solver and motivator. My way of working is characterized by values such as appreciation, respect, trust, openness, reliability and courage.
I previously worked as a project manager for many years and was involved in process optimization and digitalization as well as the introduction of lean management in IT projects.
